The whole house is newly refurbished complete with New Kitchen bathroom en-suites central heating carpets flooring and decor. The property is spread over four levels with high ceilings and open plan kitchen and lounge all helps create a nice blend of a traditional building with a Morden living ideals and design. Parking street parking outside the front door is free from 6PM till 8AM and is free Sunday morning There is also free parking 24/7 a 10 minute walk away and some cheap car parks. I currently rent 2 parking spaces one that I share with Gemma (the lodger moving out in march) £25 per month. Most flatmates haven’t needed to rent there own space as but if you have a car and don’t drive to work you might need too.My name is Dan I co-own the house with my good friend Rachael who also lives in the property. We are both busy people with at least 2 jobs each. Rach among other things is a music Photographer mainly within DnB we are both quite sporty people who surf and snowboard (we run a snowboard night a Calshot if you fancy learning to snowboard)What we would like from a lodger mainly is someone we can get along with but also someone who is happy to share in helping to keep the house clean and tidy The other lodgers are gemma who is moving out and Paul who is moving into her room and Scooby he is a friendly playful chatty cat whose interests include string cardboard boxes and eating plants.Please call to arrange a visit there’s a cuppa tea in it for you!
