The room has a radiator that runs off the central heating system and the room is to the back of the house.The house itself is a 2 bed semi-detached cottage. Downstairs there is a modern kitchen with all appliances you would expect to have including washing machine. The front room has 2 sofas and there is a 70ft garden to the rear. Outside the back there is storage available for a bicycle if required. To the front there is parking for one car that I use though I do have parking permits for on street parking if required. Upstairs there are 2 bedrooms and a bathroom with a bath and shower that runs off mixer taps.Wireless internet connection is available for you to use if you bring your own laptop.I am a live-in landlord and generally get in from work by 6pm. I tend to work most weekends and if not then I am away doing my hobby skydiving. I am easy to get on with well travelled and I respect all ethenticitys and cultural backgrounds. I tend to relax through the week and save my energy for the weekends! The home is kept clean and tidy. I am looking for a professional or a mature student as a tenant preferably over the age of 21. My house is currently up for sale but this may take months to sell. For this reason I will always give one months notice to vacate.The house is located in Freemantle Southampton and is 10 minutes walk into Southampton city center.
