i have a furnished double room to let in an old style 2 bed flat in a quite block of flats where everyone know everyone (in a nice friendly way!) with a lovely shared garden in highfield.i am a 34yr old professional person who works a variety of shifts (including nights) throughout the week at the general. i have lived in the flat on my own for a while hence room not available till end feb/early march while i declutter spare room! but maybe sooner! the flat is 5 mins to the common and the university and within walking distance of the hospital (ok a good 40min walk but can get u6 from uni) portswood shops 10min walk.but with the new year i have decided i fancy some company and help with the bills.so i am looking for someone who can be tidy and quiet but is also a sociable person who is happy to come out their room and who is happy to sit and chat over a glass or 2 of wine watch dvds as well as pop next door to the pub for a pint and burger after a rubbish day at work.
