Flatmate needed for student flat in Sheffield city centre

The buildings called Anglo Works and its on Trippet Lane just off West Street in the centre of town(if you know the area its right behind the club Static). Its got a kitchen\living area and two bathrooms and the building has its own laundry area for washing and drying.Flatmate-wise were all male students in our second year at Hallam uni. All outgoing guys who are easy to get along with and we tend to go out at least once a week. .Get in touch if youre interested. It will save us a lot of money so were not particularly fussy about who applies.The tenancy expires on the first of July 10 and the rent comes out on March the 1st(photos are of a 5 person flat-ours is slightly bigger)
