Will be sharing the house with myself a professional 28 year old female.The house is located down a quiet close where there is ample car parking on the road and one off-road car parking space. The bus stop is just two minutes walk away. There is easy access to the M275 (2 minutes) North End shopping centre is just a 5 minute walk and commercial road (city centre) is just over a 10 minute walk.The house consists of a huge kitchen separate dining room big lounge 3 double bedrooms and a bathroom. There is also a small paved garden with a big shed for storage.Room 1 is furnished with a double bed walk-in wardrobe two bedside cabinets and two chest of drawers.Room 2 is furnished with a king size bed wardrobe a bedside cabinet and a chest of drawers. The house has Virgin TV a phone line and wireless broadband. All bills are included except any calls made on the landline.
