At the back is the double room. The kitchen leads out onto the courtyard. The garage has access from the service ally and is big enough for a car however it also has the tumble dyer in it and is mostly used for storage (e.g. bikes). The single room is upstairs on the front of the house next to another double and at the back upstairs are the bathroom and another bedroom. It’s not a huge house but it is quite modern and clean. The kitchen has a washing machine small freezer large fridge and most other essentials. The bedrooms have beds wardrobes desks and chairs. The parking is at the front and usually very good. It is in the permit zone (£30per year) however free parking is available a couple of streets over. I think that covers most of it I hope this gives you a better idea of the house. Jason
