Beautiful Victorian house in West Bridgford has lovely single room for a professional female. This is a mixed household (there are 5 others) and therefore we seek another girl to fit in with everyone. All are young friendly professional and non-smoking.The house has gas central heating it has a large comfortable sitting room TV DVD player a huge kitchen/dining room with 2 hobs 2 fridges freezer microwave. A very pretty garden with a gardener. There is one bathroom one shower room and a second seperate toilet so there is no queuing in the mornings!The room itself is a single room at the top of the house so its quiet and cosy. It also has a wardrobe chest of drawers and single bed though the bed can be removed if you have your own bed youd rather use - (there is space for a double bed.)There is a phone internet access and( totally unrelated) a cleaner that goes once a week to clean all the common areas. The house is well maintained with a caring responsive landlady and her team!The rent is £52 per week and the bills come to £14.00 this includes gas electric water council tax. This comes to £286 per calendar month. The deposit is £250. There are no agent fees.Definitely worth viewing!
