The House:The house has been fully restored to a very high standard with an Ikea modern feel to the decor and furnishings. It has all mod cons (washer dishwasher microwave fridge-freezer cooker etc). There is no cellar but the attic is the full length of the house so there is plenty of storage space which is dry and secure. The rooms available are small doubles that will fit a double bed and other furnishings. Also they are cable ready so all you need is a sky box (the card and Sky use is free). Finances:The rent is £300 per month and is inclusive of everything!-Gas-Electric-Council Tax-Water-Sky TV-Landline (with free calls to other landlines any time)-High speed wifi broadbandThe rooms are unfurnished however the landlady is happy for people to either pay 2 months’ rent in advance or use the £300 deposit to get furniture for their rooms. So that’s your choice...Convenience:We are half a minute from Sherwood rise meaning that public transport is available every 10 minutes. There is a Londis post office launderette cafe and chemist within 20 yards of the property and we are about 10 minutes away from Hyson Green ASDA...Housemates:The people living in the house are aged between 22 and 28 and we are a mixture of students and professionals. I think it’s fair to say that we are a pretty diverse open minded bunch of easy going respectful sociable people. I think the only house rule we have is keep it low key in the week and part y at the weekend...
