Hi im natalie. Im looking for male or female to rent 1 single and 1 double room in my 3 bed house near the M1 and a 15min walk to the tram. There is parking but no allocated parking. Dont mind if i only have to to rent out one room.In the double room there is a double wardrobe and a chest of draws and a double bed if you dont have furniture. As for the single room that can be furnished if needed too. Age between 25 to 30 in full-time work. Has to be very neat and tidy and love cats as i have one and hes an indoor cat so you must understand that he must never be let out.
