I have a double room available for rent in Semilong Northampton. The room is currently unfurnished but I am prepared to provide furniture if required. The room measures 8’ x 11’ and is at the back of the house overlooking the garden. Rent is £300 a month including bills (apart from phone bills). I have stated a minimum stay of 6 months but am happy to increase this to a year if required. I will need £100 as a damage deposit upfront and will need a reference from a previous landlord.I provide Wi-Fi / cable T.V. / washer~dryer / gas cooker. All living areas and the garden are shared with me. Parking is available on the street.There is no smoking in the house but you are free to smoke in the garden.Semilong is close to the town centre and is in easy walking distance of the train station bus station and the university campus on St Georges Avenue. Local amenities include a Co-op; a fish and chip shop; a Health Care Centre and pharmacy; a recently re-vamped park near the river a local pub on the same block and the local rugby club. The house is about a 15-20 minute walk from the town centre and closest cinema so is ideally situated for going out; a taxi back from town costs around £4.A little bit about me… my name is Zoe and I am 33 year old professional working for Avon Cosmetics. Hobbies include music learning languages films and going to the theatre. Im easy going and get along well with people. Please be aware that I do have cats; other pets are welcome as long as they are compatible.
