Hi I have a double room to rent in a victorian terraced house only 5 mins walk into town. The room is at the back of the house so its quite quiet. The house has been re-decorated throughout so is nice and comfortable and complete with all mod cons including Sky Wifi TV shower and washing machine etc. Its even got a wood burner which has been great in the winter!I am a 27 year old professional used to sharing having had a female housemate for the past 18 months. I am very sociable and relaxed so hopefully anybody who moves in can make it their home as well!I require a months deposit and rent up front like most places there is parking on street and a permit costs £35 for a year.
