Double bedroom in modern refurbished house in Manchester right beside the University buildings. Located on the border of Rusholme - 2 mins walk from Tesco Lidl etc on Oxford Road and only 10 minutes walk from Asda Hulme. The house was refurbished 18 months ago and each room has wooden flooring modern stainless steel double bed chest of drawers wardrobe and bed-side table.The kitchen and living room are open plan and there are two bathrooms - one with walk in shower. There are 5 double bedrooms in the house in total and the rest of the housemates are both very clean and very quiet - not your average student party house. There is also a brand new leather corner sofa in the living room. All mod cons included - microwave fridege freezer washer/dryer. I love the house but have decided to relocate elsewhere as I have just left university - the location is the best out of any other student house I have came across it is literally a stones throw from university. Although marketed at students as already explained the house is very quiet and would suit any young individual working or wanting to subside in the area.The property is contracted until September 1st 2010 so approx another 7 months and I am looking to fill the room asap so replies will be dealt with at a first come first serve basis.Note. The picture of the living area attached is not a photo of the living area in the house but is very similar as it was refurbished at the same time by the same letting company. I actually prefer our living area.
