Were both friendly and easy to get along with looking for someone similar who is considerate and sociable.The room is fully furnished with bed wardrobe chest of drawers bedside table lamp linen if needed and so on. As you can see from the photos it is a small single which is reflected in the rent.The house has a washing machine dishwasher bath shower 2 fridges and freezers tv and dvd player with sky plus and wifi internet access so just bring your laptop and youre all set! :) I also have a cellar so if you need to store any large items thats not a problem.There is parking by free permit on the street outside the house and great public transport links to the city via bus they go every 5 minutes from just across the main road (west derby road).We are just 2 miles from the city centre and universities.I would welcome a student or young professional.The house is ideally located close to all local amenities including supermarket post office doctor etc.If you have any questions or would be interested to view the room please get in touch!
