Hi My names Claire.I have a good size double bedroom available to rent which has a pleasant view of a school field and the back garden. The bedroom is fully furnished with a double bed and side tables wardrobe chestdrawers and a double shelved cupboard ready to rent from mid / end January 2010. The house has been freshly decorated. There is 1 living room. 1 Dining room / games room! (with a pool table!) A spare bedroom which has a double sofa bed and a computer desk area. There is also a washing machine and a dryer area. Broadband is also available.I work full time in the fire service and do tend to be out most of the time. I am easy going like chilling out in front of the T. V as well as inviting friends round for a drink and a game of pool now and again whenever we can make the time to get together!I am looking for a professional worker with full time employment no DSS please. 2 references will be required. The rent is £350 per calendar month upfront including all bills except the phone bill as I dont use the phone. Security deposit of £350 required.House is close to Air/Bus/Rail Links. Newly built Morrisons and Life Style Sport Centre which both are 2 roads away. Also there is a 5 mins drive from Speke Shopping Retail Park.
