This is a clean two floor maisonette and even has some interesting social history behind it (please ask!) and the room available (1 of 2 available please ask) is on the top floor of the house with rooftop access and sea views. The price includes rental for the room utilities and council tax (ie - nothing else to pay) You would have access to the bathroom where there is a shower and bath and newly decorated kitchen. There is no access to any communal room or any other part of the house. My 2 children - both girls are here often so someone who is reasonable friendly would be useful! 1 month+ dep required.
