Loads of fantastic shops bars and café’s right on the doorstep. 2 minutes to the beach. 5 minutes to the cliffs with stunning views and country walks. 5 minutes to Hastings station.We are looking to rent 1 room but have 2 available to choose from. Cosy double room £80/week or very large double room £105/week. Both part furnished. All bills included. Large room currently in use as our study and creative space but can be cleared. Shared facilities comprise lounge with open fire separate dining room bathroom (bath shower WC) washing machine lovely large kitchen with breakfast bar and dishwasher pretty courtyard garden.Our ideal house-mate will be sociable and fun but not too noisy. Also clean and tidy. We have no preferences regarding race religion nationality or orientation. Age range 20-50. Viewing arrangements very flexible. Come and take a look and have a cup of tea.
