There is one young women staying at the moment and one young couple . Long let preferred. I am running a share house in Willeys Avenue which is in easy walking distance to the city centre, Cowick Street shopping centre and Exeters Historic Quay. Bus routs to the university. The bathroom and large Kitchen is shared but there are no problems with taking in turns with their use. It is usually a quiet house in a quiet location and everyone gets on well.
