Double room to rent in Chaddsden Derby

I am looking to rent my second bedroom out its fully furnished with laminate flooring double bed with linen included it has bedside tables and chest of drawers and also a large wardrobe. The house is a 1960`s build its a very warm house easy to keep warm as well the house consits of a lounge Dining room Kitchen Large Bathroom and storge space in loft. 3 bedrooms in total. The lounge is a large room the dining room has a large table very good for university work. The kitchen has a dishwasher microwave washer and all the appliances. The House mate I am looking for has to be freindly and trustworthy also clean and tidy. Thisis my own property so I want someone to respect it as much as I do. I also have a pet cat he is very friendly he goes outside so he is not always in but I want someone that is not allergic and ok with cats. The cleaning is done by myself at the moment but I would arrange with the second house mate how to take turns in cleaning the property the waste bins are pretty straight forward.
