Hello!The house is a four bedroomed terrace close to everything you might need!Town is 10mins on the bus or a 20min walk away Morrisons and the Holyhead road is 15 mins walk. Close to bus routes to both Coventry and Warwick Universities.Would suit young professional or postgrad student.The room both have a desk chair wardrobe chest of drawes mirror and single bed (although one of the rooms has room for a double)All rooms have locks.The rent is 260 per calender month and includes all bills EXCEPT tv lisence and internet - which we split between us.The house itself has an open plan living area with sofas a television dining table and chairs-The kitchen is of a good size and has a gas cooker/oven microwave washing machine fridge and a freezer.The bathroom is downstairs and has a great shower and bath!
