The house is located just off the A444 with easy access to the M6 M69 and Warwick University. The number 36 bus stops outside the house providing easy acces to the City Centre. The rent is £400 per month and includes all bills (gas electric council tax water V+ cable TV WIFI internet and telephone (within reason)).Its a good size bedroom and is furnished with a double bed triple mirrored wardrobes a chest of drawers and bedside drawers. It also has an additional Virgin box so you can watch cable in your own room. The rest of the house is fully furnished to a high standard and there is a garden to the rear. I go back to Leeds every weekend as this is where I live. I work in Coventry most days but also have to travel around the country so Im not home every night - usually about 3 nights per week.
