Double room available in a great house in the Stoke area of Coventry. Walking distance to the town centre Coventry University and University Hospital Cov is a direct bus ride away close to all amenities and bus stops. I am a gay professional and am looking for a professional person or a mature student will consider a couple with charge being £500 for the room. Youll have full use of the house and garden on street parking rent includes council tax and water rates wireless internet landline charge (itemised billing of all calls though) and Sky TV. Gas and electric will be split 50/50 or 3 ways if youre a couple. I am very easy to live with but this isnt a party house as such. Dont have any issues with friends staying as long as ample warning is given and its not a regular occurence and happy to negotiate rent to include all bills with the right person. I also share the house with two cats so if you dont mind pets this could be the house for you.
