One large single/double room is available for rent from the beginning of September till the end of May at 41 Prestonfield Avenue. This is an attractive quiet neighbourhood with ample free parking. The apartment is on the 2nd (top) storey with great views of Arthurs seat and more distant views of the Pentland hills. A shop next door sells basic provisions and the Cameron Toll shopping centre including a large Sainsburies is 10 minutes walk. The Kings Buildings campus is 15 minutes walk and the George Square campus is about 20. There is also a bus stop just outside for numbers 30 14 and 2 buses.The spacious yet cosy bedroom has a desk wardrobe chest-of-drawers bookcase small chest of drawers and bedside table beside the single bed (if you are in a couple a new double bed can be alternatively provided).The accommodation benefits from full double glazing central heating and a gas fire in the living room. The property has been recently redecorated to a high standard and wireless broadband internet is available. There is a fully equipped kitchen with a gas oven hob microwave and large fridge-freezer. The large living room has a dining table and chairs gas fire sofa and futon. The bathroom is equipped with bath shower handbasin and WC. A new clothes washing machine is available and external drying facilities in the garden to the rear of the property. The rent is £90 per week for a single person or £140 for a couple.
