I will be moving into 56 Marine Parade on the 26th March and am looking for one more female housemate. (Female because whilst I have my own bathroom the remaining one will be shared and I have a person interested who would understandably only want to share it with another girl!)The flat is simply stunning. It has no waiting list for parking a palatial living room with French doors and huge ground level sliding sash windows leading to a great sized first floor roof terrace looking out over Marine Parade and the Pier.The room is quite small and has had a metal framed double mezzanine (some might say bunk) bed in it - you climb up a little ladder into bed! This leaves plenty of room underneath for chests of drawers a desk and a wardrobe if wanted. If required this could be replaced with a normal double bed.The apartment itself comes with all modcons; washer dryer fridge freezer dishwasher and a Smeg cooker hob and extractor.The spiral staircase leading to the bedrooms and bathroom upstairs has LED lights all the way up the bannister which is going to look amazing on hot summer nights when we have all the doors and big windows onto the terrace open and have the barbeque going... :0)A few words about me - Im a really easy going laid back guy - Im clean and tidy look after myself and am very easy to get on with Im not creepy or smelly and am pretty sure I dont have any annoying habits!I moved down to Brighton again 8 months ago and am still pretty much finding my feet here again I can fix things and because of the fantastic housemate I had up until now (he wanted the place for just him and his girlfriend) know most of the single young doctors in the area!!! ;0)A few words about you - you have to be easy going relaxed and friendly. It would be awful to have someone move in that was neurotic grumpy and liable to moodiness and sulks! If youre fun loving without being off the rails like to socialise without needing to party every night and you are comfortable sharing a place and dont need to have your own milk/shelf in the fridge etc then get that would be great!I can arrange viewings most weekdays in the morning up to 7pm on a Thursday and up until 1pm on Saturdays.If youd like to meet me for a coffee or arrange to see the place for yourself then drop me an email or call/text me it would be lovely to meet you.Thanks for looking!Russell
