I am a young at heart professional seeking a friendly honest and easy going gay-friendly professional non-smoking tenant for a spacious loft conversion room! My home is situated 2 min walk from Portslade station which can take you to London or Brighton (but we dont hear the trains!) and from the bus route into Brighton. Shops and all useful amenities are also 2 mins away very easy access to the A27 ..... and the sea is a 5 min walk! The room has a double bed table and 2 chairs and a shelving and wardrobe unit for storage. It is light and airy with plenty of room to spare. I am fairly active in terms of work and leisure time but enjoy chilling at home also. I am easy going and will be happy to chat or meet anyone interested in sharing my home. Sorry no pets (except maybe goldfish!!).
