Hi im Marc (27) professional looking for a similar person to rent a small double (3/4 bed) room from me. The room is furnished with a 6month old bed with new carpet and decor and the house is pretty well appointed. I have not long bought it but everything is clean neat and pretty modern.Im looking for a mature female/male who is considerate and clean and tidy. As mentioned the house has been updated and is quite modern although the bathroom is downstairs as i have 3 bedrooms as most of these houses have had the bathroom moved upstairs.I have wireless internet broadband and virgin tv for your use. The weekly rent includes all bills. Parking is on the road but not allocated.You must like animals... i have a staffy cross dog called KC who is very lovable.
