Room available is a double in a totally refurbished flat ( 1 year ago). Very comfy- new windows doors and heating system. Large lounge with dining area plasma gas fire and flat screen TV. Kitchen new last year dishwasher microwave etc. Bathroom with instant electric shower. I own the flat and live there.I am a student at RGU and share with another female. This is a QUIET flat. I go out mostly weekends if at all and work part-time. I expect you to keep your own room clean. I also expect you to clean up after yourself in the kitchen and bathroom. A help with the lounge and hall would be appreciated. - I do try to keep the flat nice but Im not fanatical about it. The deposit required is £400 and the rent will be required 1 month in advance. The £400 incudes all bills. Carpet and room professionally cleaned so room will be perfect. Ready in June. Flat near ASDA and RGU.Hope to speak to you soon. Sorry no pets.
