The monthly rent including the bills would be 420 pounds per month with one month’s rent as deposit. The minimum contract is 6 months. The Bedroom which I am letting have has a Double Bed and Two Wardrobes with a Chest of Drawer.The flat also has other facilities like broadband and Sky TV with sky movies. and SportsThe flat is available from 28 th March 2010. It will be one month’s deposit and one month’s rent and references needed.Pls note no couples and would prefer working professionals. Ideal flat mate needs to be non smoker and no pets.
